Thats it! It's on!

Thats right I'm back and I'm PISSED! Why you ask? Well I am pissed, because I let my life and my stress become my hindrance! Yes I am having issues in my life, but I should make time for exercise instead of pigging out and feeling sorry for myself! I will not gain my weight back and I will get down to 135-140 come hell or high water! I re stared the last phase of P90X and I am now in my 11th week starting today I will be also starting another program when done with this one, but I am not sure which one probably Chalean or another round of P90X! I am determined to keep this site up to date so please bare with me.

Burn out-vs-Laziness-vs-Stress

O.K. so I have been having a really crappy 2 weeks or so with everything that has been going on in my life, so needless to say I have really been slacking with my workouts(Yes even coaches slip and fall!) and my diet! Well lets just say it was a hot a** mess! I have eaten so poorly it is ridiculous! I kind of figured that once I hit my goal weight my motivation might take a dip, but this is ridiculous. I also feel like I have no energy, and I feel like this is because I have eaten to much crap over the last two weeks.
I started to think, am I burned out from working out 6 days a week for 2 months straight or am I just lazy or stressed out? Well I have come to the conclusion that it is a combination of all 3, my body is kind of rebelling against me, but I have to be strong enough to push back. Taking a break is O.K. but knowing when to get back in the game is very important because I don't want to undue my results!
I will be restarting my phase 3 of P90X, phase 3 seems to have a curse, because I know a lot of people who screw up in the last phase. It is funny because I used to say that would never happen to me because"That's just stupid to get that far and the fall off in the last month" Ah well! I am technically in my 12th week but will be starting over on Monday and hopefully I will be able to reach my 2nd goal of 140 lbs.
So if you fill like you are in a funk please know you are not alone and we will get threw this together!

I Apologize!

I Apologize for not posting the last few days, I have been under a lot o stress lately and have not and the energy to post any entries. I have been dealing with my moms issues and taking her back and forth to appointments and talking to Drs. etc. Hopefully over the next few days everything will start to mellow out and I can get back to posting everyday or so! Thank you all for bearing with me.

Variety is the spice of life!

This is so true. As you all know I am doing P90X and almost done! I have a few weeks left and while P90X is great I was starting to get a little bit bored with it, not that it's not a great workout, but I just felt like I needed a little change, so instead of yoga X today I did Turbo Jam cardio and Turbo Jam sculpt and I figured it would be easy, because "hey! I do P90X and that's hard core" well let me tell you I could not be more wrong!! I sweated and I worked my muscles to a burn that was just sick! I had been contemplating whether I would either do another round of P90X or Chalean extreme but after doing Turbo Jam again I think I am leaning toward Chalean Extreme, but I can't say for sure yet. I know that I will do Chalean extreme for sure, but I don't know if I am ready to let P90X go just yet.

Stay tuned to see what I do next.

Gardening is really hard work!!

O.K. well atleast it is when you have to dig it up, till it, and move the dirt from one side to the other! My garden is a pretty nice size I would say about 10'x18' s thats a lot of dirt and I live in Az so the dirt is really hard and has to be sifted. So yesterday I moved the dirt and leveled it and let me tell you it was one hell of a workout! I sweated something fierce and my arms were on fire as well as my back.

My poor hands hurt so bad and are super blistered. Tommorow I will be adding 7 bags of compost and tilling that in to the dirt and hopefully I will be able to start planting tommorow, bt more than likely it won't be until Monday.

Anywho heres a pic of my naked garden.

This is before I leveled it yesterday, So I moved all that dirt back. I am telling you it was a great arm and back workout, and it took about 2 hours or so.

What's in your garden?

I have decided that in my quest to become healthier I should start a garden! In this economy fruit and veggies are not cheap so why not grow your own, I can't wait to be able to go outside to my backyard and pick everything I need to make a yummy salad! I also plan n growing herbs. I really want this garden to be organic so I am doing my research on that as well. It is not concrete yet, but I think I will plant,

Green onions
broccoli
garlic
cilantro
basil
oregano
tomatoes
strawberries
watermelon
snow peas
grapes
lettuce

So now that you know whats in my garden let me know whats in yours!
